- 1 can (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed. Pour the mocktail into glasses and serve immediately.
