- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix butter and cream cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, about 8-10 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet, cool. Frost with a caramel frosting if desired.
