Mexican Chicken Pot Pie

- 3 cups cooked diced chicken
- 1 jar (20 ounce size) salsa
- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package Jiffy cornbread mix
Place chicken in a large bowl. Add the salsa, corn, cheese, and mix well. Mix the cornbread according to the package directions. Mix with the sour cream, cumin and garlic powder. Pour chicken mixture in pan. Top with cornbread mixture. Bake until cornbread is done.
