2 sticks of butter
1 tsp of coarse salt
1/2 tbs of crushed whole pepper corns
1/2 tbs of garlic powder
3/4 tbs of dried rosemary
4 six inch steaks about 1 inch thick (meat of your choice)

put all seasonings except butter together into small blender and blend until fine powder . then take fork and poke holes on both sides of steaks. now melt both sticks of butter pour seasonings and butter together throw steaks in with the butter flip repeatedly for about 5 min. put them in the pan sear on both sides for 2 min. on high. then pour the rest of the herb butter into pan and adjust heat for how well done u like your steaks
serves 4
