- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup salt
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- food coloring
- glitter
Mix all ingredients except glitter in a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a ball. Remove from pot, add glitter and knead until smooth. Glitter play dough will be good for several weeks stored in a tightly sealed container at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
