1 lb. of lean ground beef
1 egg
1 cup of quick oats
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. of Shilling's Meatloaf seasoning
1 medium onion cut or diced
Salt
Pepper
1 16 oz. can of tomato sauce (not paste)
1 good medium squeeze of ketchup (for the top of the meatloaf
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meatloaf

Preheat Oven To: 350 Degrees Farenheit
Cook Time: 1 hour 15 Minutes
Serving Size: 6 people

Combine all of the ingredients; oats, salt, pepper, shilling's meatloaf seasoning, together in large bowl. Add egg and onions, and cheese, tomato sauce and hamburger together. Add the ketchup and the last of the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meatloaf before adding the meatloaf to the oven.

Place in a meatloaf pan or a cake pan and cook on 350 degrees farenheit for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cooked thoroughly through.
