Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

Ingredients-
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( 3 to 6 depending on how much chicken you want and how thick they are )

Spaghetti noodles ( 1 box )

2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

2 cans of black olives pitted

1 package of cream cheese

3 cans of chicken broth ( or the boxed kind; 1 ,48 oz is usually enough )

butter ( to your own preference )

2 to 3 tomatoes ( depends on how small they are, add more if desired)

1 onion ( add more if desired )

1 pack portabella mushrooms or canned is ok also

garlic powder ( however much you like )

salt and pepper ( however much you like )

Parmesan cheese ( if desired )

Cooking instructions-

Boil the chicken breasts in part water and part chicken broth
( more chicken broth gives it more chicken flavor, I usually do half and half ) Add in half a can of broth or add chicken
bouillon cube
when chicken is done, set on a plate to cool down so you can cut it into pieces or shred it by hand later.

chop up tomatoes, mushrooms and onions to the size you like, stick in a frying pan
add butter or olive oil, pepper and garlic, sauté them to your preference.
set this aside

split the cream cheese in half and then into small squares, stick on plate and into fridge

cut black olives into slices or leave them whole ( up to you ), stick in fridge

shred by hand or cut chicken into pieces

turn oven onto 350 degrees

boil spaghetti noodles until done ( add chicken broth to the water), drain and put them into a casserole dish or a bowl,
add butter and mix, you can mix the chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup separate in a bowl

add in the sauté mixture from frying pan, add in cream of mushroom soup and mix. Add olives and mix. Add in chicken broth and mix.
All of these can be added more until you get the taste and consistency you like. I don't measure so you have to go by your own preferences.
If it is to thick add in some melted butter to help or more chicken broth. You can also add in pepper,
salt and garlic if you like.

Bake in the oven covered or uncovered if you want until heated all the way through ( at least 20 minutes unless you want longer )

Take it out of the oven and put the slices of cream cheese on top, bake until those turn a nice golden brown color.

Serve. This makes enough to serve 6 to 8 people.
