Chocolate Fudge Pizza

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup half and half
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
***Optional Toppings***
- red and green cherries
- white chocolate
- vanilla glaze
In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir sugar and half-and-half until mixture comes to a full boil. Stirring constantly, boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows and butter until marshmallows are melted and no white streaks remain. Immediately spread mixture in 12-inch round foil pan. Arrange toppings on pizza, pressing as needed. Drizzle with glaze. Let stand at room temperature until firm, about 2 to 3 hours. Or if desired, refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour, then remove from refrigerator. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Over-wrap with foil to retain freshness. Store in a cool place.
