Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

One 10oz jar grape jelly (keep in mind any jelly can be substituted.) 1/2cup creamy peanut butter(may use crunchy but for a smooth taste try creamy.) 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/4tsp. hot pepper sauce(optional) 2/3cup simple syrup or pancake syrup. 2/3 cup of melted butter 2tsp. Salt 12 chicken wings, tips discarded and wings separated at the joint. In a large bowl add the grape jelly, peanut butter, simple syrup, hot pepper sauce(optional)melted butter, and salt. Whisk until all ingredients are combined. It will be sticky, so don't think it didn't turn out. Add the chicken wings mix until the wings are covered, refrigerate for one hour or overnight. Preheat the oven to 375. On a foil lined baking sheet arrange the wings, save the sauce for basting . Bake for 30 minutes.Turn, baste with pan juices and left over sauce. Bake until browned, about 15-20 minutes more. You want to keep your eye on them, they brown fast! For a culinary flare garnish with cilantro.
