- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
Beat together the egg, milk and butter. Stir in the remaining ingredients except the Oreos. Fold in the Oreos; batter will be lumpy. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
