INGREDIENTS:
5 Eggs
1 pint Whole Milk
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1 large can Libby Pumpkin
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
1/8 teaspoon Cloves
1/8 teaspoon Allspice
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping cream
1/4 cup Melted Butter
2 premade Crusts
(makes 2 pies)

DIRECTIONS:
Beat eggs slightly; add milk, pumpkin, then sugar, spices and salt; add whipping cream and melted butter last.
Pour into 2 large pie pans lined with dough that has been rolled rather thick.
If you want to bake pies at the same time, Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, then turn the oven down to 300 and cook for about 2 more hours. A toothpick in the center will come out clean when done.
