Serves/Makes: 6
Ready in: 2-5 hrs

  • 3 cups ground cooked ham
  • 8 ounces bulk pork sausage
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Grease a loaf pan that fits inside your slow cooker.

Combine the ham, sausage, green onions, oats, celery, parsley, egg, and milk in a bowl and mix until well combined. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and gently pat the ham mixture into the greased pan. Set the pan inside your crock pot.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or until firm and the sausage is cooked.

Combine the Dijon and horseradish in a small bowl and spread the mixture over the top of the ham loaf. Slice the ham loaf into 1-inch slices and serve.
