125 g Roquefort or St Agur
60 ml sour cream
2 ripe avocados
35 g green jalapeños
2 spring onions
1/4 t paprika
1 packet blue corn tortilla chips

Mash the blue cheese with sour cream.
Mash in the avocados.
Roughly chop jalapeños and stir into the mix.
Finely slice spring onions; add to mix.
Arrange in dish, dust with paprika.
