Cumi Masak Saus Tiram

Bahan :
350 gram cumi tanpa kepala
1 sendok teh air jeruk
1 sendok teh kecap ikan
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1/2 buah bawang bombay, potong 2x2 cm
1 cm jahe, memarkan
2 buah cabai hijau, potong serong
1/2 buah tomat, potong-potong
2 sendok makan saus tiram
1/2 sendok teh kecap ikan
1 sendok teh kecap manis
1/4 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
200 ml air
1 sendok teh tepung maizena, larutkan dengan 1 sendok teh air
1 tangkai daun bawang, potong serong 1 1/2 cm

Cara Membuat :

Belah dua cumi, potong 5x5 cm, kerat-kerat bagian dalam cumi.

Lumuri dengan air jeruk dan kecap ikan. Sisihkan

Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay, dan jahe sampai harum.

Tambahkan cabai hijau. Aduk sampai layu.

Masukkan cumi. Aduk sampai berubah warna.

Tambahkan tomat. Aduk sampai layu.

Masukkan saus tiram, kecap ikan, kecap manis, garam, dan merica. Aduk rata.

Tuang air. Masak sampai mendidih. Kentalkan dengan larutan maizena. Didihkan lagi.

Tambahkan daun bawang. Aduk rata. Angkat
