Serves/Makes: 6
Ready in: 2-5 hrs

  • oil, as needed
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on each side.

Place the chops in the crock pot. Add the onions on top.

In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, soup, and Worcestershire sauce until blended. Pour over the pork chops.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or until the chops are tender and cooked through.

Serve the pork and sauce from the crock pot over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
