Ingredients:

1 head Cauliflower
Parmesan cheese
1 10.75 oz can of cream soup (mushroom, celery, chicken or broccoli)

Break head of cauliflower up into large clusters of flowerets. Place cauliflower on a steamer basket in a large covered kettle with ½” water. Bring to a boil on high heat for about 10 minutes, cook just until a fork can pierce the surface about 1”. Remove cauliflower & place in a plastic container that can be tightly sealed. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese & cover for 5 minutes (to melt cheese). Add a can of cream soup (not diluted) and stir or shake to coat.
