Ready in: 2-5 hrs
- 1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3/4 cup light or dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed or broken peanuts
Mix together all except the peanuts until smooth. Stir in peanuts. Let stand several hours or overnight to develop flavors. Serve with sliced apples (It\'s also good with chunks of banana or sliced pears).
