Crab Curry Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste
1 hard boiled chopped egg, for garnish
1 can crab meat, drained
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

Beat cheese, mayo, curry powder and salt and pepper until fluffy. Spread in a pie plate or quiche dish. Put crab on top and garnish with green onion and egg if desired. Refrigerate at least 2 hours prior to serving. Serve with crackers.
