Ingredients:
1- 8 medium Crabs, cleaned
2- 1 1/2 cup Onions, chopped
3- 2 cups Coconut, grated
4- 2 tsp Coriander seeds
5- 10 Red chillies, dry
6- 1 tsp Tamarind
7- 1 tbsp Vegitable or Canola Oil
8- Salt to taste
Preparation:
1.Slightly crush the crab legs and set aside
2.Heat half the oil and fry Coriander seeds for few seconds, do not let then burn
3.Grind roasted seeds with red chilies, coconut and tamarind to a smooth paste
4.Heat the remaining oil and fry onions till they are slightly brow
5.Add ground paste (from 3), salt and cook for 2-3 minutes
6.Now add the crabs and cook for about 10-15 minutes
7.Serve hot with rice
