Serves/Makes: 6
Ready in: < 30 minutes
- 2 cups unsweetened frozen strawberries
- 1 3/4 cup frozen non dairy whipped topping
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Place the strawberries in a blender and pulse for a few seconds to break them up. Add the whipped topping, water, ice, and sugar. Cover and process until desired consistency. Add additional water or ice to adjust the density of the shake. Serve immediately in tall glasses with a straw or spoon (depending how thick you make it). Cook\'s Notes: You can use fat free cool whip instead of regular and substitute something like Splenda or other sugar substitute for the regular sugar. Do not thaw the strawberries. If you use sweetened strawberries omit the sugar.
