Makes about 50 candies
2 cups sugar
1/4 lb margarine
1/2 cup milk
4 Tbsp cocoa
3 cup quick oats
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
Mix sugar, margarine, milk and cocoa in a saucepan. Cook over low heat stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in quick oats (uncooked), peanut butter and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls onto buttered wax paper.
