CRUST:
2 cup graham crackers (crushed fine)
1 Tbsp sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp butter (or a little more)
FILLING:
3 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
TOPPING:
1 1/2 pint sour cream (3 cups)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Combine crust ingredients and press in a 11x17x2 inch pan. Cream filling ingredients and pour over crust. Bake at 300 F for 40-50 minutes. Cool about 15 minutes. Mix topping ingredients together. Spread over cake; bake at 475 F for 4-5 minutes. Cool about two hours and then refrigerate.
