Makes 60 snacks
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup honey
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 cup crushed wheat Chex cereal
60 whole wheat Chex
2 cup crushed rice Chex cereal
Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Press 1 whole wheat Chex into each ball. Roll in crushed rice cereal. Chill, covered, for 2 hours.
