4 large baking potatoes
1 Tbsp reduced calorie margarine
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp chopped chives
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Cut potatoes into halves crosswise. Cut 3/4 inch slices to but not through bottom. Mix next 5 ingredients in bowl. Place a small amount of mixture and 1 onion slice in each slit. Wrap in foil. Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes or until tender.
