1 cup rice
1 stick margarine
2 cans chicken broth
12 chicken breast fillets
4 (1 oz) thin slices ham
4 (1/2 oz) slices Swiss cheese
Brown rice in margarine in heavy skillet. Stir broth. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Place chicken in rice mixture. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Layer ham slices and cheese slices over chicken. Bake until cheese melts.
