1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup coarse crackers crumbs
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lb lean ground beef
12 slices bacon
Combine first 9 ingredients in bowl. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape into 12 rolls. Wrap bacon slice around each roll; secure with wooden pick. Place on rack in broiler pan. Broil 5 inches from heat source for 10 minutes; turn rolls. Broil for 8-10 minutes longer or until bacon is crisp.
