Serves 4

1 1/2 lb rib eye steaks, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup sukiyaki sauce
2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 cup each thinly sliced celery, mushrooms
1 bunch green onions, sliced
3 Tbsp oyster sauce

Marinate steak strips in sukiyaki sauce for 1 hour, stirring occasionally; drain. Stir fry steak and garlic in hot oil in wok until brown. Add vegetables. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until tender crisp. Add oyster sauce. Heat to serving temperature. Serve over rice.
