8 oz lasagna noodles
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 Tbsp butter
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp basil
1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3 cup chopped cooked chicken
Cook noodles according to package directions. Saute onion and green pepper in butter in saucepan. Add mushrooms, soup, milk
and basil; mix well. Layer noodles, cheeses, chicken and sauce 1/2 at a time in 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
