3/4 cup cream style cottage cheese
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 medium carrots, peeled, grated
3 small dill pickles, finely chopped
1 Tbsp caraway seed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine cottage cheese and mayonnaise in blender container. Process at high speed until smooth. Mix with remaining ingredients in bowl. Chill. Serve with broccoli florets for dipping.
