Makes about 3 1/2 cups
19 oz can of chick peas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
19 oz can of white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 garlic cloves, minced (or 3/4 tsp garlic powder)
4 drops of hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 3/4 tsp flakes)
Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Process in 2 batches in blender or food processor, scraping down sides if necessary, until smooth. Transfer to medium bowl.
Add parsley. Stir well
