Makes 6 serving

1/4 cup melted margarine
3 cups frozen or canned whole kernel corn
2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp chopped pimento
3 Tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp curry powder
3/4 cup commercial sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper

Combine margarine, vegetables, and curry powder in skillet; cook over low heat 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly, stirring often, do not allow to boil.
