1 large pkg cream cheese
1 cup hot water
1 large or 2 small pkg lemon jello
1 large (12 oz) bottle Seven up
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
few drops of green food coloring
Mix cheese, jello, water and beat until smooth. Add all other ingredients and chill. Stir before completely set to keep nuts from staying on top.
