3 ripe bananas (medium size)
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
Blend butter and sugar. Add well beaten eggs. Beat in mashed bananas. Sift flour, soda and salt together. Add to above mixture, alternating with milk. Bake in moderate oven (350 F) for one hour.
