1 (7 1/2 inch) Prebaked pizza crust
2 Tbsp pizza sauce
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup grated part skim mozzarella cheese
Place the oven rack in the center position. Turn the oven on to 400 F. Place the pizza crust on the baking sheet. Use the back of the spoon to spread the pizza sauce on the crust.
Scatter the next 3 ingredients over the sauce. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove the baking sheet. Turn off the oven.
** Instead of ham, use chicken for a great new flavor. Add extra color and nutritional punch to your pizza with red, yellow and orange pepper.
