Makes 1 serving

1 frozen waffle
1 small tomato, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 large egg
1/2 tsp cooking oil
Cheddar cheese slices

Toast the waffle. Place it on a plate. Arrange the tomato slices on the waffle. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Break the egg into a bowl. Beat with a fork until the egg is bubbly on top. Heat the cooking oil in the frying pan on medium for 3 minutes. Pour the egg into the pan. Heat and stir for about 1 minute until the egg is cooked. Remove the pan from heat. Spoon the scrambled egg on top of the tomato.
Place the cheese on top of the scrambled egg. Microwave, covered, on high for about 20 seconds until the cheese is melted.
