3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 cup pumpkin
2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt and spice. To the beaten eggs add sugar and oil, then the pumpkin. Add dry ingredients gradually to liquid mixture. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until done in center.
