Serves 8

1 cup yellow cornmeal
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup dry milk powder
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup cooked grits
3/4 cup water
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup oil

Sift cornmeal, flour, dry milk powder, baking powder and salt into bowl. Add grits, water, egg and oil; mix well. Spoon into greased 8x12-inch baking dish. Bake at 450 F for 30 minutes or until top is browned.
