Serves/Makes: 1.25 cups
Ready in: < 30 minutes

  • 1/2 small Vidalia or other sweet onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry powder

In a food processor or blender, process onion until finely chopped, pulsing on and off. Add ketchup and curry powder, then process until well blended.

Place in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with fries or potato wedges.
