Ready in: < 30 minutes
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 cups dark rum
- 2 cups light rum
- 1/4 cup cointreau
- 1/4 cup sweet vermouth
- 1/4 cup creme de cacao
- 1/4 cup Dubonnet
- 2 1/4 cups orange juice
- 2 1/4 cups pineapple juice
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 3 dashes angostura bitters
- orange slices, garnish
- maraschino cherries, garnish
Mix sugar and lime juice, then add rums. Add remaining liquors, fruit juices, water and bitters and mix until thoroughly blended. Just before serving add ice cubes and garnish with fruit. Recipe Source: Admiral's Inn in Antigua, West Indies
