1 lg. pkg Lemon Jello
3 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. celery, small dice


Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling tomato juice. Add remaining ingredients except for the celery. Pour into mold and chill until slightly thickened. Add celery and stir to mix well. Finish chilling until firm.
Serve with mayonnaise if desired.
