6 slices whole wheat bread
1 lb low fat sausage
1 1/2 Cups fat free cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 cups fat free half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup jalapenos
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
butter flavor non stick spray
Cut the crust off the bread.
Spray bread and 13 X 9 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray. place bread in baking dish.
Cook Sausage with mushrooms and jalapenos and drain off any grease. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
In a bowl whisk together the eggs, the half and half, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper.
You may cover and chill the mixture overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Makes 12 servings. 4 Points Per Serving.
