  • 5 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup prepared yellow mustard
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

Cut the wings at the joints and discard the tips (you will have two pieces per wing then).

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the wings, in batches if needed, and stir over medium heat until golden brown, turning the wings occasionally.

Place the wings in the crock pot.

Combine the brown sugar, prepared mustard, and soy sauce in a bowl and stir until smooth and combined. Pour the mixture over the wings in the crock pot.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 2-4 hours, or until the wings are cooked through. Actual cooking time will vary by crock pot model.
