1 pound of hamburger meat (cooked)
1 medium onion
8 large potatoes
6 slices of bacon (uncooked)
cheese to taste
salt and pepper to taste
in medium dutch oven add in layers
hamburger onion potatoes till you reach the top
then add the bacon and cheese slices
bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for one hour or until bacon is done.
serves 8
