Makes 8 servings.
1 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. fresh blackberries
1 c. raspberries
1 c. fresh blueberries
2 c. thinly sliced apples
2 c. granulated sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
pinch ground nutmeg
Topping
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large bowl, mix together rhubarb, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and sliced apples.
In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg and blend with the fruit.
Pour fruit mixture into a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Prepare Topping. In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Add butter; cut into the flour mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over the fruit.
Bake at 400F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until topping is brown.
