Makes 8 to 12 servings.

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 1/2 c. milk
3 T. coffee-flavored liqueur
3 T. white or light rum
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted

Preheat oven to 325F.
Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and chopped nuts.
Stir in melted butter until all ingredients are combined.
Press mixture into baking pan.
Bake at 325F for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
Beat together cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth.
Spread over cooled crust.
Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Spread half of whipped cream over cream cheese layer.
In a small bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix, 1 1/4 cup milk and coffee-flavored liqueur until smooth.
Pour over whipped cream layer.
In another small bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix, 1 1/4 cup milk and rum. Pour over chocolate layer.
Top with remaining whipped cream.
Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Chill overnight.
