Makes 48 servings.
1 c. sour cream
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1 4-oz. can chopped green chilies, well drained
1 c. shredded Old Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
5 10-inch flour tortillas
salsa
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, olives, chilies, Cheddar cheese, green onions until blended.
Season with garlic powder and seasoned salt.
Spread over the tortillas; roll up tightly.
Wrap each with plastic wrap, twisting ends; refrigerate for several hours.
Unwrap and cut into 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch slices; discard ends. Serve with salsa.
