Makes 6 to 8 servings.
3 c. Crispix Rice cereal.
2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
1 c. pretzel sticks.
1 c. Goldfish crackers
1/2 c. shelled unsalted pumpkin seeds
1 c. shelled unsalted sunflower seeds
1 c. unsalted mix nuts
3 T. Montreal Chicken Rub Marinade
3 T. vegetable oil
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. hot paprika
Preheat oven to 250F.
In large bowl, combine cereals, pretzels, crackers, seeds and nuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together marinade, oil, Worcestershire sauce and paprika.
Pour over cereal mixture and stir thoroughly to combine.
Spoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 250F for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool thoroughly on paper towels; pack into airtight container.
