- 3 cups paprika
- 12 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 24 tablespoons salt
- 1 1/2 cup coarsely ground black pepper
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 18 tablespoons dried basil
- 18 tablespoons garlic powder
- 12 tablespoons dry mustard
- 18 tablespoons onion powder
- 6 tablespoons dried oregano
- 12 tablespoons dried thyme
- 6 tablespoons ground cumin seed
Combine all the ingredients. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 months.
