BRUNCH SPECIAL
1 Box seasoned croutons
2 lbs. Breakfast sausage
10 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 ½ cups milk
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ cup milk
Prepare the night before:
Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with croutons, then most of grated cheese (save the rest for the top). Cook and drain sausage and sprinkle over top of croutons and cheese.
Beat 6 eggs with 2 ½ cups milk – pour over rest of ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight. Next morning…
Mix soup with ½ soup can of milk – pour over rest of ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with fruit or juice and coffee.
