Ready in: < 30 minutes

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 cups peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped fruit (see note below)
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Combine the water, ice, fruit, and sugar in a pitcher. Gently crush the fruit and mix well until the sugar is dissolved. Serve well chilled.

Use soft fruits like mango, papaya, strawberries, or melons.
